Honu Kitchen & Cocktails is going “blue” for the Huntington High School and J. Taylor Finley Middle School PTAs early next month.
Billed as “an evening of friends, delicious food and music,” the gathering on Tuesday, November 7 from 7-10 p.m. is sure to draw a large crowd to the restaurant located on New York Avenue in the heart of Huntington Village.
A limited number of tickets priced at $65 are now on sale. There will be some eye-popping raffles and possibly a live auction, too. Some of the items include travel getaways, paintings and a golf outing, among others. Specialty drinks will be available throughout the evening. A live band will provide the entertainment.
Interested in attending? Checks payable to either the Huntington High School PTSA or Finley PTA can be dropped off in person (or by students) at either of school’s main office. Checks can also be mailed to Nancy DiGiacomo, 50 Cannon Court, Huntington, NY 11743.
Contact Mrs. DiGiacomo ([email protected]) or Michele Sabatino ([email protected]) for more information. Proceeds from the event will support initiatives pursued by both PTA organizations throughout the 2017/18 school year.
Mrs. DiGiacomo serves as president of the Huntington High School Parent-Teacher-Student Association. The executive board also includes co-Vice Presidents Laura Befumo and Debbie McGuiness, Corresponding Secretary Donna Kye, Recording Secretary and Treasurer Sandy Saginaw.
